Whole Wheat Walnut Banana Bread

What you need

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt

tsp baking soda

ripe banana
extra large egg

cup honey

cup ghee butter

tsp vanilla extract

cup chocolate chips

cup candied walnuts
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350F. Spray your 9 x 5 loaf pan and line with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, whisk together bananas, eggs, honey, melted butter/ghee and vanilla extract. 3 Pour wet mixture (banana mixture) into the dry ingredients, add in chocolate chips and walnuts, incorporate together with spatula. 4 Pour banana bread mix into pan, smooth out the top and add extra chocolate chips and walnuts on top. 5 Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!View original recipe
