What you need

cup maple syrup

egg nog

cup pumpkin puree

cup milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

cup wheat flour

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp baking soda

tsp salt
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 325F. Prepare a 8x4 loaf pan with oil spray or melted butter. 1 In a mixing bowl, add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, canned pumpkin puree, milk and vanilla. 2 Mix in all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and sea salt. Mix until just combined. 3 Transfer to loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.View original recipe
