cup zucchini

tbsp all purpose flour
egg
cup yellow summer squash

lb ground turkey

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1 Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Add the finely diced zucchini and yellow squash. 2 Sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes until softened. Let cool slightly, then gently squeeze out any excess moisture with a paper towel. 3 In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed zucchini, sautéed yellow squash, egg, flour or oats, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix until well combined. Form small, thin patties. 5 Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 6 Let cool before serving.
