What you need

cup hummus

slice turkey breast

cucumber

cup carrot

slice tomato

fresh spinach
Instructions
1 Spread hummus on bottom half of wrap/tortilla, covering until 1/2 inch from sides. 2 Place sliced turkey, cucumber, shredded carrots and tomato on top. 3 Fold wrap tightly, tucking in all veggies and roll until you almost reach the other end. Add another 2 tbsp spread of hummus and finish rolling together. The additional hummus at the other end acts as a "glue" to prevent it from unrolling.View original recipe
