What you need

tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp salt

tbsp fresh lemon juice

green onion
Instructions
1 Drain and press tofu, removing as much liquid as possible. 2 Place tofu on a cutting board and chop into very small pieces. Transfer to an immersion blender. 3 Add nutritional yeast, sea salt and lemon juice. 4 Blend until mixture is smooth and like a cream cheese texture. 5 Mix in green onions if desired!View original recipe
