What you need

tsp garlic powder

cup firm tofu

fl oz frying oil

tsp dried parsley
egg

cup salmon

tbsp flour
Instructions
1 Combine the base: In a large bowl, mix together the flaked salmon and crumbled tofu. 2 Add the binders: Stir in the egg, flour, garlic powder, and parsley. The mixture should hold together when pressed - if it feels too wet, sprinkle in a bit more flour. 3 Shape the patties: Scoop out portions and gently form into small patties using your hands. 4 Cook the patties: Heat a thin layer of oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan fry each patty for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. 5 Cool and serve: Allow the patties to cool slightly before serving to babies. Serve with your favorite sides for older kids and adults.View original recipe
