What you need

½ cup yogurt

½ cup milk

1 vanilla extract

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

½ cup dried strawberries
Instructions
1 In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and melted coconut oil or butter until smooth. 2 In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt. 3 Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing. 4 Fold in the diced strawberries. 5 Heat a lightly greased pan over medium-low heat.
