Thick Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Maple Tahini

What you need

tbsp avocado oil

tsp garlic powder

salt & pepper

cup tahini

tbsp sesame oil

tsp maple syrup

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp lime juice

water
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 425F and prepare baking sheet. 2 Cut sweet potatoes into thick wedges. Transfer to baking sheet and toss in avocado oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake for 35-45 minute, flipping once when these is 10 minutes left. Leave on broil for the last 1 minute to get them golden and crispy! 3 While sweet potatoes are baking, mix all of the sweet tahini sauce ingredients in a small bowl and leave to side. 4 When sweet potatoes are done, drizzle sweet tahini sauce all over and use as a dip!View original recipe
