Teriyaki Salmon

Sweet, tangy and sticky teriyaki salmon oven-baked to perfection! This is a perfect marinade for salmon, chicken, beef or even stir-fry veggies! A weeknight dinner in under 30 minutes!

What you need

olive oil
sesame seed

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp water

tsp light-brown sugar

garlic clove

tsp cornstarch
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 425F. 2 In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, sesame oil, honey/sugar, garlic and cornstarch. 3 In a square glass baking dish, drizzle olive oil at the bottom and add in salmon filets. 4 Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes depending on filet thickness. When done, use a spoon to pour marinade on the sides on top of salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds!View original recipe
