cup vanilla yogurt

tbsp coconut oil
cup sweet potato puree

cup maple syrup

egg nog

tsp vanilla extract

cup wheat flour

tsp cinnamon

tsp ground clove

tsp baking soda

tsp baking powder

tsp salt
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add in yogurt, sweet potato puree, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla. 3 Add in whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. Mix until combined. 4 Transfer to baking pan and top with granola. Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.View original recipe
