cup almond flour
cup cornstarch

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

cup honey

tbsp ketchup

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp soy sauce
Instructions
1 Whisk together egg in a small shallow bowl. In another bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. 2 Dip chicken into eggs, then the flour mixture to coat. 3 Preheat a large skillet with olive oil to medium heat.
