Strawberry Thumbprint Cookies

cup coconut oil
egg

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond flour

salt

cup jam
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. 1 In a large mixing bowl, mix together maple syrup, coconut oil, egg and vanilla. 2 Add in almond flour and sea salt. Roll into balls about 1-inch diameter. Place onto baking sheet 1-inch apart. 3 Using your thumb, gently press down in the center of each ball. Add in 1/2 teaspoon of jam. 4 Bake for 15-16 minutes until cookies lightly brown. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from baking pan onto cooling rack!View original recipe
