What you need

clove garlic

cup broccoli florets

cup mushroom

lb raw shrimp

cooked rice

sesame seed

green onion

cup low-sodium soy sauce

tbsp brown sugar

tsp sesame oil
tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
0 Whisk together sauce ingredients and leave to the side. 1 Preheat pan to medium heat with avocado oil. Add garlic to cook until fragrant. 2 Add in broccoli and mushrooms to cook until slightly softened, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan and leave to side. 3 Add more oil if needed to cook shrimp until pink. Add broccoli and mushrooms back in and pour in sauce to toss together. 4 Serve warm with rice.
