tbsp chili oil

clove garlic

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp black vinegar

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp sesame oil

0 Prepare noodles in a pot of boiling water. Drain and place back into pot. 1 In a small bowl, mix together chili oil, garlic, soy sauce, black/rice vinegar and red pepper flakes.
