cup red onion

cup cucumber

Instructions
1 Cook shrimp and then diced into pieces. 2 Chop up tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, cilantro and avocado. 3 Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix. 4 Serve with tortilla chips or as a tostada!View original recipe
