What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp brown sugar

red bell pepper

fl oz cooking oil

cup beef broth

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp short ribs

clove garlic clove

box udon noodles

bunch green onion

tsp ginger

Instructions
Step 1: Braise the short ribs 2 Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Set the Instant Pot to sauté and add a little oil. Brown the ribs on all sides. 3 Add soy sauce, broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Scrape the bottom to prevent sticking. 4 Pressure cook on high for 45 minutes. Let natural release for 10–15 minutes. 5 Remove ribs and shred or slice. Reserve a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid. Step 2: Prepare udon 7 Cook udon according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Do not overcook. Step 3: Stir fry 9 Heat 1–2 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 10 Add onion and bell pepper. Stir fry 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. 11 Add short rib meat and toss to heat through. 12 Add udon noodles. 13 Mix sauce ingredients and pour into the pan.
