What you need

tbsp mayonnaise

cup short grain rice

cup water

Instructions
0 Prepare sushi rice and cucumbers - leave to side. I cooked the rice in my rice cooker. The cucumber ingredients were just all tossed together in a large bowl. 1 Preheat pan to medium heat with olive or sesame oil. Cook salmon filets with salt and pepper. Cook until flaky. Remove from pan. 2 To assemble, place one nori sheet shiny side down and press down a spoonful of sushi rice, leaving a 1/4 inch border. Spread mayonnaise over rice. Top with some salmon, cucumbers and avocado. Garnish with furikake!View original recipe
