cup vegetable broth

cup kimchi

onion

tbsp light soy sauce

green onion

oz ground beef

poached egg
Instructions
0 Add washed rice into rice cooker. Add in 2 cups vegetable broth. 1 Place kimchi on top, spread out evenly. Top off with onion. 2 Mix in soy sauce, green onion and ground beef on top. 3 Cook on the white rice function. When done, mix everything together.
