One-Pan Chicken Marinara Orzo

What you need

garlic clove

yellow onion

cup mushroom

cup baby spinach
lb chicken thigh
tsp italian seasoning
cup marinara sauce
cup chicken broth

cup orzo
salt & pepper

cup shredded cheese
Instructions
0 In a large skillet, preheat to medium heat with olive oil. Add garlic and yellow onions to cook until fragrant and onions soften. Push to side, then all in mushrooms and baby spinach to cook until softened and wilted. Remove from pan and leave to side. 1 Add more oil to pan and add in chicken thighs with italian seasoning. Cook until chicken juices run clear. Add veggies back in. 2 Pour in marinara sauce and chicken broth, bring to boil. 3 Add in orzo to simmer on low for 15 minutes, stirring often. 4 When most of the liquids are cooked up, stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep on low heat for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts, then turn off heat. Serve with fresh parsley garnish if desired!View original recipe
