tbsp unsweetened applesauce
cup plain full fat yogurt

tsp baking powder

cup oat flour

pinch salt

oz fruit

cup milk
Instructions
1 Add 1 cup rolled oats to a blender and blend until finely ground to make oat flour. 2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, yogurt, milk, and melted butter or coconut oil. 3 Add the oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
