egg nog

cup cashew butter

tsp vanilla extract

cup coconut sugar

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt

cup coconut flour

cup black walnuts

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray mini loaf pan with oil spray. 2 In a large bowl, mashed bananas, then crack in eggs, add cashew butter and vanilla extract. 3 Add in dry ingredients; coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt. 4 Add coconut flour, walnuts and chocolate chips to combine. 5 Pour batter into mini loaf pan and top with extra walnuts and chocolate chips. 6 Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 7 Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 mins before transferring to cooling rack.View original recipe
