What you need

tbsp olive oil

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp maple syrup

tbsp dijon mustard
clove garlic

tsp thyme
salt & pepper
Instructions
0 In a low bowl, add marinade ingredients and chicken thighs. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes. 1 Preheat pan to medium heat with olive oil. Add in chicken to cook until juices run clear and no longer pink inside. I like to cut open the thickest piece to make sure it’s done! 2 Remove from pan, and add in green beans to blanch with 1/2 cup water.
