What you need

cup coconut sugar
egg

tbsp lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond milk

cup yogurt

cup oat flour

tbsp poppyseeds
tbsp lemon zest

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare loaf 9 x 5 pan with parchment pap 2 In a large mixing bowl, mix together melted butter and sugar. Add in egg, lemon juice, vanilla extract and almond milk. lastly, mix in yogurt. 3 Add in flour, poppyseeds, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt. 4 Transfer batter into loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 5 While the loaf is baking, prepare lemon glaze. Drizzle all over loaf when completely cool, giving it at least 15-20 minutes. Slice in thick slices.View original recipe
