What you need

cup cane sugar
tbsp baking powder

tsp salt

egg nog

tbsp fresh lemon juice

cup vanilla yogurt

cup coconut oil
tbsp lemon zest

cup powdered sugar

tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare 8 x 4 baking tray with parchment paper. 2 In a large mixing bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, baking powder and sea salt. 3 Whisk in eggs and fresh lemon juice. Add in yogurt, coconut oil and lemon zest. Fold until just combined. 4 Transfer to baking tray and bake for 30 minutes. 5 Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then pour lemon glaze on top.
