Korean Gochujang Chicken

Some flavor of heat with a mix of salty and sweet! This sauce is made with mirin, soy sauce, garlic and a dash of brown sugar! This sauce works great with baked salmon, chicken or tofu in bibimbap bowls!

What you need

tbsp gochujang

tbsp mirin

tsp soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

garlic clove

tsp brown sugar

sesame seed
Instructions
0 In a medium bowl, mix together gochujang, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic cloves and brown sugar/maple syrup. 1 Add in chicken to coat completely, marinate for 10 minutes, up to overnight of maximum flavor. 2 Preheat skillet to medium heat with sesame oil.
