What you need

tbsp fresh lemon juice

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp brown sugar

clove garlic

tbsp fresh thyme

tbsp fresh rosemary

tsp smoked paprika

tsp black pepper

tsp kosher salt
Instructions
0 Mix the Marinade: In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. 1 Marinate the Chicken: Add 1–2 pounds of chicken (breasts, thighs, or drumsticks) to a zip-top bag or airtight container. Pour in the marinade, seal, and shake or stir to coat evenly. 2 Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor. 3 Cook in the Instant Pot: Transfer the chicken and all the marinade into the Instant Pot. 4 Seal the lid, set the valve to “Sealing,” and cook on High Pressure for 12 minutes. 5 Once done, let it naturally release for 5 minutes, then switch to quick release to release any remaining pressure.View original recipe
