cup shaoxing wine

lb chicken drumsticks

Pour in the sauce and star anise to mix. 3 Seal the lid and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. 4 Allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then carefully release any remaining pressure. 5 Switch to sauté mode and simmer the sauce for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy. 6 Serve hot over steamed rice.
