Honey Sesame Soba Noodles

Soba (buckwheat) noodles tossed in a honey sesame sauce making for a quick and simple take-out style meal! This dish only takes 20 minutes. You can make a bigger batch to last several meals!

What you need

cup broccoli

red bell pepper

carrot

cup edamame

green onion

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp cashew butter

tbsp honey

tbsp tamari

tbsp rice vinegar

clove garlic
Instructions
1 In a large pot, cook noodles according to package instructions. drain and add back into pot. 2 Mix together sauce; sesame oil, cashew butter, honey, tamari, rice vinegar and garlic, then leave to side. 3 In a medium skillet, heat up 1 tbsp sesame oil and cook broccoli, red bell peppers and carrot strips for 1 minute. 4 Add veggies into pot with noodles and edamame. Pour sauce all over and toss to coat! Garnish with fresh green onions and sesame seeds on top!View original recipe
