Honey Pecan Butternut Squash Bread

What you need

ripe banana
egg

tbsp honey

tbsp almond butter

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond flour

cup coconut flour

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon

tsp nutmeg

tsp salt

cup pecan nuts
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare loaf pan with oil spray. 2 In a medium bowl, mix together butternut squash, mashed banana, egg, honey, almond butter and vanilla. 3 Add in dry ingredients; almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt. Fold in pecans. 4 Add batter into loaf pan until 3/4 full. Top with extra pecans and bake for 25 minutes. 5 When done, allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.View original recipe
