Gingerbread Muffins

What you need

cup wheat flour

tsp baking soda

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground clove

tsp ground ginger

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp salt
egg

tsp vanilla extract

cup brown sugar

tbsp unsulphured molasses

cup coconut oil
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare muffin tin with liners and oil spray. 1 In a large bowl, mix together flours, baking soda, cinnamon, clove, ginger, ground nutmeg and sea salt. 2 In another bowl, whisk together egg, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses and coconut oil. 3 Add dry ingredients into wet ingredient bowl and mix together. 4 Transfer into muffin tins until 3/4 full. Bake for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean! 5 Allow muffins to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack for 10 minutes!View original recipe
