What you need

tsp coconut sugar

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp cinnamon

tsp baking powder

salt

cup pumpkin puree
egg

cup almond milk

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1 In a medium bowl, mix together oat flour, coconut sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking powder and sea salt. 2 Add in pumpkin puree, egg and almond milk. 3 Preheat pan to low-medium heat with coconut oil. Add in batter about 3-4 tbsp at a time. 4 When bubbling, flip over to cook until both sides are golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter!View original recipe
