What you need

cup broccoli
tilapia fillet
egg

tbsp oat flour
Instructions
1 Flake the fish: Use a fork to gently flake the steamed tilapia into small pieces. Check carefully for any bones. 2 Combine ingredients: In a bowl, mix the flaked fish, egg, and breadcrumbs until well combined. If adding veggies, make sure they’re finely grated or cooked soft. The mixture should hold together easily. 3 Shape into patties: Form into small patties about 2 inches wide — the perfect size for little hands. 4 Cook: Lightly pan-fry the patties in a bit of avocado oil over medium heat until golden on both sides and cooked through. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway. 5 Cool and serve: Allow the patties to cool to a safe temperature before serving. Offer them whole or cut into strips to make them easier for babies to grasp.View original recipe
