Creamy Avocado Pasta

What you need

tsp avocado oil

tempeh

cup grape tomato

cup broccolini

cup spinach

avocado

tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp granulated garlic

tbsp fresh lemon juice

tsp salt

black pepper
Instructions
1 Cook pasta according to package instructions. 2 In a medium pan, preheat with avocado oil and saute tempeh, grape tomatoes, broccolini and baby spinach together. 3 To make sauce, add entire avocado, avocado oil, spinach, nutritional yeast, minced garlic and lemon juice into a blender or food processor until smooth, adding salt and pepper to taste. 4 Toss veggies and tempeh with pasta.
