Cinnamon Coffee Cake with Streusel Topping

cup brown sugar

cup cane sugar

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup coconut oil

egg nog

cup almond milk

tsp vanilla

tbsp ground cinnamon

tbsp cinnamon

cup butter
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. 1 In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, sugars, baking powder and sea salt. 2 In another bowl, whisk together coconut oil, egg, almond milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredient bowl. 3 Transfer half the batter into baking pan, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar filling in center. Add rest of batter on top and sprinkle topping over the tops. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean! Allow to cool before cutting into 20 squares!View original recipe
