cup milk

tbsp coconut oil

0 In a large bowl, whisk together milk, egg, coconut oil and grated apple. 1 Add in flour, baking powder, sea salt and ground cinnamon. 3 Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter or coconut oil. 4 Pour small rounds of batter onto the pan. 5 Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. 6 Top with nut butter or yogurt!View original recipe
