What you need

cup coconut flour

tbsp chia seed

tbsp hemp seeds

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

tbsp coconut sugar
Instructions
1 Line a tray with parchment paper. 2 Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 3 Roll into 1” balls and place on parchment paper. 4 In a small bowl, mix together coconut cinnamon sugar coating. 5 Roll energy balls in the coconut cinnamon sugar mixture. 6 Eat right away or leave in the fridge in a sealed bag/container until ready to snack on!View original recipe
