Chocolate Coasted Almond Flour Cake Donuts

What you need

cup coconut sugar

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

egg nog

tbsp cashew butter

tsp apple cider vinegar

cup almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup chocolate chunks

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350F. Spray donut pan to grease. 2 In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt to combine. 3 Whisk in eggs, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, almond milk and vanilla. 4 Transfer batter evenly to greased donut pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a dark golden brown color. 5 Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling back to cool for another 10 minutes. 6 Add chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwavable bowl to melt. 7 Coat donuts completely with melted chocolate and place on a tray/plate to harden.View original recipe
