Chocolate Chunk Banana Bars

Ooey gooey and melts in your mouth! Another way to use up those ripened bananas! This recipe is made with almond flour so it's gluten-free!

What you need

tbsp almond milk

egg nog

cup almond butter

cup almond flour

cup brown sugar

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

tsp cinnamon

cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Whisk in almond milk, eggs and almond butter. 3 Add in almond flour, brown sugar, baking soda, sea salt and cinnamon. Fold in chocolate chunks/chips. 4 Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 5 Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
