Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies

What you need

cup tahini

cup maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

cup coconut sugar

cup almond flour

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350F and prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, mix together eggs, creamy tahini, maple syrup and vanilla. 3 Add in coconut sugar, almond flour, baking powder and sea salt. Fold in chocolate chips. 4 Scoop 2 tbsp amounts of cookie dough onto baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Don’t press down dough. Bake for 12 minutes or until top gets a light golden color. 5 Allow cookies to set and cool for 10 minutes before eating!View original recipe
