tsp vanilla extract

cup spelt flour

cup oat flour

cup coconut sugar

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 9x13 or 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. 2 In a large mixing bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, egg, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. 3 Add in flour, coconut sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and sea salt. Fold in chocolate chips. 4 Transfer to baking pan and spread until top is even. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips. 5 Bake for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean! Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cut into 18 pieces.View original recipe
