Chicken Yakisoba Noodles

What you need

soba noodles

cup carrot
cup bok choy

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp ketchup

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
0 Preheat a large skillet to medium heat with oil. Add chicken and cook until juices run clear. Remove from pan. 1 Add more oil and all of veggies; carrots, bokchoy and bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. 2 Add in yakisoba noodles + sauce. Toss to combine and allow to cook on low heat with lid on for 2 minutes. Serve warm!View original recipe
