What you need

cup cane sugar

egg nog

cup chai tea

cup almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup oat flour

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

tsp ground cardamom

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp ground clove

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray. 1 In a large bowl, mix together melted coconut oil and cane sugar. Add in eggs, brewed chai tea, almond milk and vanilla. 2 Stir in oat flour, baking powder, salt, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. 3 Transfer to baking pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While loaf is baking, prepare icing in a small bowl. Pour over loaf after allowing it to cool for at least 10 minutes and cut into 8 slices!View original recipe
