What you need
lb boneless beef short ribs

cup beef broth

granulated garlic

fresh ginger

star anise

bay leaves

cinnamon stick

carrot
purple potatoes

green onion

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp dark soy sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp shaoxing wine

tsp sugar
Instructions
0 Turn on the sauté of the instantpot. Add in oil and the short ribs to lightly brown. 1 Add in broth, cubes of crushed garlic and ginger, sauce ingredients, star anises, bay leaves and the cinnamon stick. 2 Mix well and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. When done, let it naturally release for 15 minutes. 3 Add in carrots and potatoes - cook on high pressure for another 5 minutes and do a quick release.
