lb ground turkey

tsp dried thyme
Instructions
1 Steam the broccoli until very soft. Finely chop and gently squeeze out excess water. 2 In a bowl, combine the turkey, broccoli, egg, flour or oats, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix well. 3 Form small, thin patties. Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
