Breakfast Burrito with Turkey Bacon and Eggs

What you need
tsp oil

red bell pepper

fresh spinach

egg nog

slice turkey bacon

avocado

shredded cheese
Instructions
0 Preheat pan to medium heat with oil. Add in bell peppers to cook until soft, then add in baby spinach until wilted. Pour in scrambled eggs and cook until eggs are done. Season with sea salt and pepper. 1 Remove scrambled eggs from pan and add into burrito tortilla. Add more oil to pan if needed to cook turkey bacon until slightly crisp. 2 Add turkey bacon on top of eggs, along with avocado and shredded cheese. Roll up into a burrito and pan-fry both sides in the pan until lightly browned and crisp. Serve with salsa, sour cream and/or avocado!View original recipe
