What you need
egg

tbsp almond butter

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp almond flour

tsp baking powder

cinnamon

salt
fresh blueberries

macadamia nuts
shredded coconut
Instructions
1 Melt coconut oil in mug by microwaving for 15 seconds. 2 Add in egg, almond butter, maple syrup, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sea salt, blueberries and macadamia nuts to whisk together.
