What you need

cup coconut oil

tbsp flour
egg

tsp table salt

tsp baking powder

cup granulated sugar

cup all purpose flour

cup milk
cup fresh blueberries

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1 Preheat your oven to 350°F and line or grease a loaf pan. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. 3 Add the melted coconut oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir until just combined. 4 In a small bowl, toss the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour. This helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the loaf. 5 Gently fold the blueberries into the batter. 6 Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. 7 Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8 Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.View original recipe
