Blueberry Banana Pancakes

Super fluffy pancakes made with simple ingredients - oat flour, naturally sweetened by a banana and a handful of juicy blueberries! Ready in 15 minutes and so easy to make!

What you need
egg

cup almond milk

cup oat flour

tsp baking powder

tsp salt
cup blueberry

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1 In a medium bowl, mash banana and then add in egg and milk. 2 Mix in oat flour, baking powder and sea salt. Bold in blueberries. 3 In a pan, heat to low-medium heat with coconut oil. 4 Add about 2-3 tbsp of batter for small pancakes. When bubbling, flip and cook until golden brown.
