cup wheat flour

cup milk

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

coconut oil
Instructions
1 Blend – Add cottage cheese, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder and sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth. 4 Cook – Heat a pan over medium heat, grease with butter or oil, and cook pancakes for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. 5 Serve & Enjoy – Let them cool slightly before serving.
