oz full-fat coconut milk

cup almond milk

cup coconut sugar

cup tahini

cup coconut oil

cup black sesame seeds

cup glutinous rice

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

sesame seed
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper. 1 In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, almond milk, sugar, tahini and coconut oil. 2 Add in sesame powder, rice flour, baking soda and sea salt. 3 Transfer batter into baking pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 4 Allow mochi to cool to room temperature before cutting into squares!View original recipe
